Mr. Williams was born on May 19, 1947 in Gary, IN to the late Edward T. and Dorothy L. Cox Williams and died Sunday January 18, 2009 at Clark County Health & Rehab.
He was a former nursing assistant, an army veteran and a member of the Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife the former Marla Gardner, son; David Williams, Jr., of Charlestown and a sister Pauline Hillard of Florida..
