David James Mcintosh

David James McIntosh, 54 of Charlestown, IN passed away on Wednesday, July 19, 2023, at River Crossing Assisted Living in Charlestown surrounded by his family.

David was born on September 1, 1968, in Jeffersonville, IN to David and Ellen Carlisle McIntosh.  He was a construction worker and a member of Northside Christian Church in New Albany, IN.  David was preceded in death by his father David B. McIntosh and sister, and brother-in-law Rhonda and Larry Hays.

David is survived by his son, Dylan McIntosh of Clarksville, IN; mother and step-father, Ellen and David Keith of Charlestown; step-sister, Carrie Flood and her husband Pat of Crestwood, KY; his longtime companion, Sonia Bailey of Scottsburg, IN and her children Jordan and Delanie Bailey.

Life Celebration Services will be at 2:00 pm on Monday, July 24, 2023, at Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown with burial in Charlestown Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm on Monday.
