David Lee Mattingly

David Lee Mattingly 65 of Otisco, IN passed away on Monday November 20, 2023, at University of Louisville Hospital.

He was born on June 3, 1958, in Chicago, IL the son of Dakota Mattingly.  He was a machinist by trade having worked for several different companies.

Survivors include his daughters, Barbara Ann Meredith and her husband Jeremy of Otisco and Lynn James of Charlestown, IN; girlfriend Kristi Gee; grandchildren, Tamika Flanagan, Dakota Meredith and Dylan James; great grandchildren, Jackson Bishoff, Brandon Bishoff and Nocholas Bischoff.

A Life Celebration Memorial Services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday November 29, 2023, at Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown.  Visitation will begin after 1:00 pm on Wednesday.
