Mr. Keith passed away Tuesday February 5, 2008 at St. Catherine Regional Hospital. He was a native of Jeffersonville, IN, an Army Veteran, a former employee of Ohio Valley Ready Mix, a member of the American Legion Post 335, and he enjoyed hunting and fishing. He is survived by his wife Shelia Delk Keith, daughter; Katelynde E. Keith; son Gregory A. Keith; sisters Patty Palmer (John), Kimberly Strunk (Kenny); brothers Gary Keith, Brent Keith, Mike Keith, Phil Keith; parents Robert & Barbara Ellen Keith; beloved dog and friend Max. Visitation will be held on Thursday Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown from 2pm to 8pm.
