David K. Johnson, 41, of Jeffersonville, passed away on Sunday, October12, 2014 at his home.
He was born on July 18, 1973 in Louisville, KY. He was a truck driver for Ruan Trucking in Clarksville, IN, enjoyed hunting, fishing, and farming in his younger years. He is preceded in death by his grandfathers, Albert Johnson, and Lee Ashburn; grandmothers, Norma Jones, Carlene Jones, and Clustie Ashburn.
Survivors include his daughter, Brittany Johnson of Louisville, KY; Mother & Step-Father, Donna & John Ashburn of Jeffersonville, IN; father, Charles Johnson of Corydon, IN; sisters, Becky and Amanda; brother, Clint; grandfather, Don Jones of Charlestown, IN; grandmother, Eunice Johnson of Corydon, IN; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 16, 2014 at 11am at the Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown, with burial to follow in the Walnut Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will begin on Wednesday, from 2pm to 8pm.
