David Oliver Hintz, 75 formerly of Otisco, IN passed away on Friday, August 2, 2013 at Baptist Health in Madisonville, KY.
David was born April 3, 1938 in Mt. Clemens, MI the son of Oliver and Mildred Marie Will Hintz. He was a retired Farmer and member of the Hope Lutheran Church in Louisville, Ky.
Survivors include his wife, Betty Brewster Hintz of Smith Grove, KY; sister, Doris Green of Charlestown, IN and several cousins.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, August 4, 2013 at 2:30 P.M. at the Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown with burial in Mt. Moriah Cemetery. Visitation will also be held on Sunday beginning at 12 Noon until time of service.
