Danny C. Franklin, Sr

Danny Carroll Franklin, Sr., 74 of Scottsburg, IN passed away on Wednesday August 11, 2021, at his home.

Danny was born on January 3, 1947, in Marysville, IN to Jesse A. and Roxanne Haycraft Franklin.  He was a retired Tugboat Leadman for American Commercial Barge Lines in Jeffersonville, IN and an Army Veteran of the Vietnam War.  Danny was preceded in death by his daughter, Robin Franklin.

He is survived by his son, Danny C, Franklin, II of Scottsburg; grandson, Brandon Franklin of Otisco, IN, sisters, Marie Dimmitt of Clarksville, IN and Edwina Lawson of Pendleton, IN.

There are no services scheduled.  Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery in New Washington.
