Daniel Timothy Waterfill

July 14, 1956 — August 9, 2017

Daniel Timothy Waterfill, known as “Tim” tragically died in a traffic accident on August 9, 2017. His grandmother, Ora, fondly called him “Timmy.” Tim was born July 14th, 1956 to Dan and Ruth Ann Waterfill. An older brother, Dave also welcomed him. Tim was a very active, healthy child. During his early years, the family lived in the Muncie, Indiana area. Tim later welcomed another brother, Mark, to the family.

Tim made friends easily, many for life. Tim played football for Madison High School, was active in student government and led a rousing CUBS cheer at basketball games, complete with flips across the floor. Tim attended Ball State University, where he graduated with a degree in Architecture. Tim was an amazing graphic designer, specializing in color mixing and spacing. Tim worked at several architecture and graphic design firms. He assisted as a gallery curator at Ivy Tech in Sellersburg. His last job was as a seminar coordinator for Public Agency Training Council.

Tim was an HIV survivor and a leader in HIV outreach programs. Tim loved fitness and working out. His license plate was “Zengym.” Tim’s Facebook page profile said: “I am an innovative leader, a maverick creative, and a renaissance man.”

A memorial service will be held at Public Agency Training Council located at 5235 Decatur Blvd, Indianapolis Indiana 46241, on Friday, August 18th at 7:00 PM. The funeral service will be at Bethlehem Indiana Community Church on Saturday, August 19th at 2:00 PM with burial at Bethlehem Cemetery.
