Mr. Flowers passed away Thursday Nov. 5, 2009 at his residence.
He was born on April 8, 1962 in Nashville, TN the son of Robert L. and Ruth E. Norris Flowers. Mr. Flowers was preceded in death by his father Robert L. Flowers and son Daniel R. Flowers Jr. He was a member of Charlestown Evangel Church.
He is survived by his wife Asizlee Middleton Flowers of Otisco, IN; sons Brian Flowers of Otisco, IN and Mathew Flowers of Charlestown, IN; daughter April Flowers of Otisco, IN; mother Ruth Flowers of Charlestown, IN; brothers Robert Flowers, John Flowers, James Vanburen all of Charlestown, IN; sister Karen Siegrist of Floyds Knobs, IN; grandson Blake Flowers-Hoskins.
