Dale Axline, age 60, of Charlestown passed away Wednesday February 1, 2012 at Clark Memorial Hospital.
He was born November 28, 1951 in Columbus, OH the son of Harry Lowell and Mary Etta Monroe Axline. Dale was a volunteer for the Charlestown Civic Club and a member of St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Charlestown.
Survivors include his sisters, Charlotte Lambert, Gibsonton, FL and Betty Gallimore, Immokalee, FL; brothers, James and Harry Axline both of Ft. Myers. FL; companion, Tina Mathes, Charlestown; caregiver, Joyce Hogg, Charlestown.
Memorial services will be held on Sunday February 5, 2012 at 2:00PM at the Charlestown Civic Center. Grayson Funeral Home, Charlestown was in charge of arrangements.
Expressions of sympathy in memory of Dale may be made to the Charlestown Civic Center.
