Corrine North, 70, of Corydon, passed away on Tuesday, December 23, 2014 at Kindred Transitional Care and Rehab.
She was born on May 20, 1944 to Rufus and Martha (Young) Cooper in Decatur, AL. She was a former employee for the U.S. Census Bureau, homemaker, and a member of the Faith Assembly Church.
She is preceded in death by her parents, son, James David North; 4 brothers and sisters.
Survivors include her husband, James North of Corydon, IN; sons, Kenneth North (Susan) of Rio Rancho, NM, William North of Lanesville, and Michael North (Lisa) Issaquah, WA; sisters, Maxine Collins of Queen Creek, AZ, and Abby Cox of Sellersburg, IN; grandchildren, Hannah, Justin, Aaron, Jenny, Emily, Luke, and Emma.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 31, 2014 at 11am at the Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown, with burial to follow in the Eastern Cemetery in Jeffersonville, IN. Visitation will begin on Tuesday, from 4pm to 8pm, and after 9am on Wednesday.
