Connie Sue Carroll, 61, of Charlestown, passed away on Tuesday, December 16, 2014 at Norton Healthcare.
She was born on February 19, 1953 to John and Thelma (Thompson) Simms in Port Townsend, WA. She was a factory worker, and a member of the North Charlestown Church of God in Charlestown.
Survivors include her husband, Michael Carroll of Charlestown, IN; son, Scott Gaither of Charlestown, IN; daughter, Laura Mahoney (Kenny) of Clarksville, IN; brother, Kevin John Simms(Tammy) of Clarksville, IN; sisters, Sherry Fowler(Donnie) of Clarksville, IN, and Peggy Mullins( Shelby) of Georgetown, IN; grandchildren, Brayden Mahoney, Brianna Mahoney, Zackary Tucker, Marina Burks, and Shawna Pittman.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 19, 2014 at 2pm at the Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown, with burial in the Charlestown Cemetery. Visitation will begin on Thursday from 12pm to 8pm, and after 9am on Friday.
