He was born on June 3, 1983 in Jeffersonville, IN the son of
Gregory Harl and Deina Hammond Matthews.
He is survived by his wife Kara Holcomb Harl; daughters, Makenzie, Haleina, Ava and Isabella Harl; son, Kenneth Harl; mother and step-father, Deina and Rusty Matthews, Charlestown; father, Greg Harl, New Washington; sister, Marlena Stockdale, Marysville, IN; grandparents, Tom and Lena Hammond, Charlestown.
