Cody Robert Dean, 23, of Charlestown died on Monday December 16, 2013 at St. Catherine Regional Hospital.
He was born on November 20, 1990 in Louisville, KY to Gary and Brenda Hogue Dean. Cody worked in computer service.
He is survived by his parents; Gary and Brenda Dean of Charlestown, IN, brother; Chad Wesley Dean of Charlestown, IN, grandmother; Rella Hogue also of Charlestown, IN.
Funeral services will be held at 11 am on Friday at Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown with burial in Charlestown Cemetery. Visitation will be after 10 am on Friday at the funeral home.
