Mr. Smith, 67 passed away Monday September 7, 2009 at his residence.
He was born on Dec. 12, 1941 in New Albany, IN to Clifton and Edith Smith. Mr. Smith retired from Charlestown High School as a music educator.
He is survived by his son Brent Smith of Shelbyville, KY and a grandson Camden Smith.
