Cleta Fay Griffith, 86 of Charlestown, IN passed away on Sunday, January 18, 2015 at Clark Memorial Hospital in Jeffersonville.
Cleta was born July 20, 1928 in Altro, KY the daughter of Farris and Bertha Spicer Sizemore.
Survivors include her sons, Ronnie Griffith of Muncie, IN and James Griffith, Jr of Charlestown; daughter Connie Frazier of Fort Wayne, IN; brothers Ray Sizemore of Chavies, KY, Henry Sizemore (Jean) of Austin, IN, Ed Sizemore (Dallie) of Jeffersonville, and Tom Sizemore (Polly) of Hazard, KY; sisters Haley Combs (Leonard) of Muncie, IN, Kathleen Day (Fred) of Memphis, IN, Lois Firkins of Clarksville, IN, and Judy Hines (Bill) of Muncie, IN; 5 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband James Griffith, Sr, brother Herman Sizemore, and her sisters Edna Boggs and Sue Sizemore.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 24, 2015 at 12:00 P.M. at the Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown with burial in Charlestown Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday from 3-8 pm and again on Saturday beginning at 9:00 am until time of services.
