Mr. Whitaker passed away Thursday at Norton Healthcare in Louisville, KY. He is survived by a son Randy Whitaker, a daughter Donna Harper, brothers Arnold, Bill, Dean, and Shelby Whitaker, sisters Eola Caudill, Ila Adams, and Kathy Bridges, and 5 Grandsons, and 1 Great Grandson.
