Ms. Knapp passed away Wednesday April 15, 2009 at her home.
She was born on Jan. 14, 1923 in Little Mount, Ky the daughter of John Martin and Mary Onie Redman Chester.
She is survived by her daughter Shirley Shain and her husband Bill of Charlestown, IN; brother Palmer Chester of Charlestown, IN; granddaughter Stacie Griffiths and her husband (Major Corey) of Indianapolis, IN.
