Mr. Vest was born February 27, 1941 in Jeffersonville and died January 20, 2007 at Norton Hospital in Louisville. He was retired from General Electric where he worked in the warehouse. Survivors include his wife, Beverly Vest, son Charles T. Vest, daughter Rita Hickey, sisters Helen Coffey and Judy Moody,half brother Robert L. Vest, Jr., half sisters, Linda Wirth, Roseanna Sipes, Zola Probus and Rosa Dowling, six grandchildren and one great grandchild.
