Charles Edward Russell, of Charlestown, IN, passed away on Thursday, May 1, 2025, at his home surrounded by his family.
He was born on August 8, 1942, in Jefferson County, KY, to Charlotte Lampker. He was a former machine operator for Wyandot Snack Foods and Brown and Williamson Tobacco Company. His mother and his wife, Mary C. Russell, preceded him in death.
Survivors include his son, Charles E. Russell, Jr, (Robin Cross) of Hanover, IN.
Cremation was chosen, and no services were scheduled.
