Charles D. May, 73, of Otisco passed away Tuesday June 14, 2011 at St. Catherine Regional Hospital.
He was born on August 10, 1937 to Nunnie and Rose May in Salyersville, KY. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He was a long time employee of Superior Vault Company in Charlestown, a member of House of Refuge Ministries in Nabb and U. S. Navy Veteran.
Survivors include his loving wife of 49 years Janet Walters May; son Eddie May and his wife Stephanie, Marysville; daughters, Dianna Tucker and her husband Reggie, New Washington and Teresa Scarbrough and her husband Lewis, Charlestown; sisters, Ruth Romans, Charlestown, Dottie Roberts, Charlestown, Margie Wagner, Lexington, IN, Joyce Coy, Henryville and Lucy Fair, Marysville, WA; brother, Paul May, Jeffersonville; grandchildren, Charlie, Justin, A.J., Cody, Alyssa, James, Rachel, Ezekiel, Caiden and Dallas. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Phyllis Ann May.
