Mr. Long passed away Thursday, December 30, 2010 at his residence.
Cecil was born June 27, 1932 the son of William Bryant and Fanelia Westbay Gardner Long who preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by his brothers, Lemont, William, Kenneth and Charles and his sisters, Dorothy, Margie and Frances. He was retired from Klara of Kentucky in Louisville. He was a former member of Eastern Heights Baptist Church in Jeffersonville and attended Bethany Christian Church in Charlestown and also a member of the Utica Masonic Lodge #337.
He is survived by his daughters, Sandra A. Flener, Judith G. Clark and Peggy J. Hardaway all of Jeffersonville; Sons, Cecil W. Long Jr., Bedford, IN and Ronald E. Long, Jeffersonville; sister, Irma Jean McCauley, Griffith, IN; five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild
