Carolyn L. (Lawrence) Anderson

Carolyn L. Anderson 83, of Charlestown, IN entered her walk with Jesus surrounded by family and friends on Saturday April 1, 2017 at Norton’s Brownsboro Hospital in Louisville, KY.
She was born on March 3, 1934 in Cadiz, KY to Will Josh and Faith Wilson Lawrence. She was a member of the Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church in Charlestown and had worked at Liberty National Bank, I.C.I. and had owned Cash & Carry Grocery with her husband.
She was preceded in death by her parents and granddaughter Rachel Taylor.
Survivors include her husband Ray Anderson, sons, Rick and Alan (Marian); brothers W. J. Lawrence (Jean) of Hopkinsville, KY, Rex Lawrence (Martha) of Montgomery, IL and Layton Lawrence (Patsy) of Cadiz, KY; sisters, Ann Reilly (John) of Hopkinsville, KY, Jean Stallons of Cadiz, KY, Greta Mains of Fullerton, CA, Linda Combs(Bob) of Las Vegas, NV and Marion Gentry of Bossier City, LA; grandchildren, Brittany Taylor, Bryan Anderson, Brandon Anderson and Courtney Anderson; 9 great grandchildren and 1 Great Great Grandchild.
Funeral services will be held at 11 am on Wednesday at Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church with burial in Charlestown Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2 pm to 8 pm on Tuesday at Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown and after 10 am on Wednesday at the church.
