Carol Rae (Egan) Khuri

Carol Rae Khuri, 76 passed away at her residence on Sunday March 6, 2011.

She was born July 21, 1934 in Jeffersonville the daughter of Joseph L. and Mary Conn Egan. Carol worked in the Clerical field and was a member of the Community Presbyterian Church in Charlestown.

Carol was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Bernie D. Egan, sisters, Betty Jean Bottorff and Ann Lee Ross.

Survivors include her daughter, Kyra Lewis and her husband Chris, New Albany; son Kevin J. Khuri and his wife Kelly, Jeffersonville; brother, Joe R. Egan and his wife Jorene, Jeffersonville; five grandchildren, Ashley and Kyle Pinkham, Ryan and Mitchell Khuri and Jacob Lewis; brother-in-law, Dillis Ross; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Thursday March 10, 2011 at 11 AM at Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown, IN with burial in Charlestown Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 3-8 PM and after 9 AM Thursday until time of service.
