Carlene Faye Jones, age 66, of Charlestown passed away Thursday January 26 at Clark Memorial Hospital.
Survivors include her beloved husband of 36 years, Donald K. Jones, of Charlestown; daughter Pam Hicks (Albert) of Dothan, AL; sons: James Brown (Pennie) of Williamsburg, KY, Bobby Brown (Betty) of Bardstown, KY and Dennis Brown (Karen) of Mackville, KY; stepdaughters: Donna Ashburn (John) of Jeffersonville, Kitty Wells (Steve) of Liberty Township, OH, and Debbie McCormick (Jeff) of Jeffersonville; 28 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.
She was born November 19, 1945 in Elizabethtown, KY to the late George Washington Fraim, Sr. and Ocie Goff Fraim.
She retired from Louisville Bedding and was also the former owner of Carlene’s Subs & Salads in Charlestown. She was also a member of the North Charlestown Church of God.
She enjoyed cooking, sewing, and spending time with her family and friends.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday January 30, 2012 at 1:30pm at the Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown with burial in Walnut Ridge Cemetery in Jeffersonville. Visitation will be on Sunday January 29 from 12:00-7:00pm and again on Monday beginning at 9:00AM until the time of the service.
