Captain Charles Wolf, 77 of Charlestown, IN passed away on Thursday, September 3, 2015 at his home.
Captain Wolf was born January 27, 1938 in Irvine, KY the son of Nelson and Mildred Hymar Wolf. He was a retired Towboat Captain for Ingram Transport Co. and a member of the Memphis United Methodist Chruch.
Survivors include his wife Betty Bayless Wolf; daughter, Linda Franz(Brent) of Henryville, IN; sons, Charles Wolf(Jill) of Avon, IN and Michael Wolf(Jenny) of Borden, IN; sisters, Patricia Jones, Bettie Ann Ricketts and Bobbie Jean Montgomery all of Henryville, IN; brothers, Samuel Wolf of Henryville, William Wolf of Harrodsburg, KY and James A. Wolf of Jeffersonville; grandchildren, Jake Wolf, Zack Wolf, Kylie Wolf, Grant Wolf and Makenzi Franz; great-grandson, Daniel.
Funeral services will be held on Sunday, September 6, 2015 at 2:00 P.M. at Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown. Visitation will be held on Saturday from 2:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. and on Sunday from 11:00 A.M. until time of services.
