Mrs. Holmes passed away Wednesday, January 5, 2011 at her home.
She was born on August 25, 1923 to Jess and Roxie Haycraft Franklin in Leitchfield, KY. She was a homemaker and attended the Community Christian Church in Jeffersonville, IN. She is preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include her daughters, Barbara Williams of Jeffersonville, IN, and Linda Fowler of Clarksville, IN; brothers, Danny Franklin of Scottsburg, IN, Allus Franklin of Marysville, IN, Cletus Franklin of Scottsburg, IN, and Lewis Franklin of Logansport, IN; sisters, Joyce Franklin of Jeffersonville, IN, Marie Dimmitt of Clarksville, IN, Deloris Gray of Connersville, IN, Imogene Vest of Jeffersonville, IN, and Edwinia Lawson of Anderson, IN; 5 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren.
