Mr. Waters was a Firefighter with the Louisville Regional Airport Authority and served in the United States Air Force.
Survivors include his wife Faith Rovelto Waters; two daughters, Jordyn Noelle and Payton Elizabeth Waters; Parents Thomas S. and Carolyn Waters Hammons; two brothers, Robert and Jason Baker.
