Mrs. Hooper Strojny passed away on Friday March 5, 2010 at her residence.
She was born on April 10, 1952 in Harlan, KY the daughter of William and Nora Mae Cureton Hooper. Mrs. Strojny was a factory worker for Heritage Hardwood in Jeffersonville, IN and enjoyed fishing, collecting dolls, going to yard sales and collecting antiques.
She is survived by her mother Mae Hooper of Charlestown, IN; daughters Samantha L. Phillipy of Sellersburg, IN and Jennifer M. Huber of Louisville, KY; son Jimmy L. Grayum of Louisville, KY; sisters Billie J. McDill of Clarksville, IN, Shirley A. Knight of Williston, FL, and Judy Pfister of Jeffersonville, IN; brothers William Hooper and David Hooper both of Charlestown, IN and Robert Hooper of Sylvester, GA; grandchildren Amanda Scoggins, Ashley Phillipy, Baylee Pillipy, Bryan Scoggins, and Robbie McDowell; great grandchildren Brianna, Christopher and Zachary.
