Ms. Hensley, 70, died Sunday Feb. 15, 2009 at St. Catherine Regional Hospital.
She was born on Sept. 4, 1938 to Charles and Helena Crone Stark in Clark Co., IN and was a former nurses aid at the old Longworth Villa Healthcare Center in Charlestown and a member of the Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Sony Stark.
She is survived by her sons; David Lord of Sellersburg and Mark Lord of Jeffersonville, daughters; Brenda Blankenbaker and Paula Decker both of Sellersburg, Susan Jones of California and Sherry Lord of Charlestown, sister; Patricia Zollman of Jeffersonville.
