Bob Laythe, 80 of Charlestown, IN passed away on Monday, October 7, 2024, at his home.
He was born on May 10, 1944, in Newport, Vermont to Royce and Vernice Piette Laythe. Bob was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War and a retired IBM software engineer. Bob enjoyed riding motorcycles, flying airplanes, and spending time with his family.
Bob is survived by his wife Anna Marie Kirtley Laythe, son Brian R. Laythe of Charlestown, and granddaughter Hattie Caroline Laythe.
Life Celebration Memorial Services will be at 1:00 pm on Saturday, October 12, 2024, at Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown. Visitation will be from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm on Saturday.
