Beverly Lynn Evans, 58, of Charlestown, passed away on Friday, September 20, 2013 at her home.
She was born on November 21, 1954 to Charles and Bille Mae (Fields) Brock in Clark Co., IN. She worked for Servend Inc., and was a member of the Mt. Lebanon Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include her son, Christian Evans of Charlestown, IN; daughter, Jennifer Evans of Austin, IN; sister, Cynthia Dismore of Filer, ID; grandsons, Nathan and Nolan Evans.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 25, 2013 at 11am the Mt. Lebanon Presbyterian Church, with burial in the Mt. Lebanon Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 1pm to 8pm, and after 10am on Wednesday at the church.
