Betty Jane (Stucker) Korte

Betty Jane Stucker Korte, 79 died Sunday January 6, 2012 at Hanover Health & Rehab.
She was born on March 26, 1933 in Jefferson County, Indiana to Forest and Mereda Hall Stucker.  She was a housewife and homemaker and had been a member of the Paynesville Methodist Church and St. Anthony Catholic Church in Clarksville, IN.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband; Marion Korte, brother; Lee Stucker and sister; Louise Stucker Korte.
She is survived by her sons; Marion “Butch” Korte (Sherry)  and Joseph Korte both of Jeffersonville, IN, daughters; Robyn Jones (Mike) of Nabb, IN and Gail Grumbley (Bob) of Jeffersonville, Sister; Jessie Henley of Hanover, IN and William Stucker of Madison, IN, grandchildren; Patricia Lawson, Misty Ely, Andy Grumbley and Courtney Korte, great grandchildren; Bailey Lawson and Noah Ely.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday January 10, 2013 at Grayson Funeral Home in New Washington with burial in St. Michaels Cemetery in Charlestown, IN.  Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Wednesday and after 9 a.m. on Thursday.
