Betty Kemp Cleffman, 76 of Hanover, IN passed away on Friday, July 17, 2015 at the Kentuckiana Medical Center in Clarksville, IN.
Betty was born August 29, 1938 in Marble Hill, IN the daughter of Estel and Hallie Straughn Kemp. She was retired from the Housekeeping Dept. at Hanover College; formerly worked at the Charlestown Indiana Army Ammunition Plant and was an Avon Representative for 15 years. Betty loved to travel and one of her favorite spots was Gatlinburg, TN.
Survivors include her daughters, Barbara Hysell(Darvin), of Madison, IN, Connie Jackson(Jeffery Scott) of Hanover, IN and Donna Brooks of Chelsea, IN; four grandchildren Jason, Jacob, Joe and Chelsea; eight great-grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held on Wednesday, July 22, 2015 at 6:00 P.M. at the New Prospect Baptist Church in Hanover with inurnment in Walnut Ridge Cemetery in Jeffersonville, IN.
