Mr. DuGan passed away Monday, August 23, 2010 at his home.
He was born on January 22, 1985 in Jeffersonville, In the son of Jess DuGan and Connie Kersey. Dustin was a young man who embraced life and lived it to the fullest. He never met a stranger. He was a kind, loving, compassionate, son and grandson. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather Ray A. Kersey and his little brother Christopher A. DuGan. He was employed by Sheraton at Riverside in Jeffersonville. He is survived by his mother Connie Kersey of Clarksville, IN; father Jess R. DuGan of Louisville, KY; Step-father Raymond L. Humes of Jeffersonville, IN: Fiance' Lauren Fowler of Greenville, IN; sisters Kara Gaughan and Bethany DuGan both of Louisville, KY; maternal grandmother Linda Kersey of Jeffersonville, IN; and paternal grandparents Dan and Mary DuGan of Florida. He was also a very loving uncle to Serenity and Giovani and Makaila.
