Belvia Elizabeth Bladen Stewart Layman, 94, passed away Monday, August 1, 2011 at the University of Louisville Hospital.
She was born on April 7, 1917 to Charles I. and Irene Stoner Dean in Clark Co., IN. She was a retired cook at Central State Hospital in Indianapolis, IN.
Survivors include her son, Ronald Bladen of New Washington, IN; step-sons, William Layman, David Layman, and Tommy Layman all of Sellersburg, IN;
step-daughter, Sue of Sellersburg, IN; sister, Katherine Smith of New Washington, IN; 4 Grandchildren, 3 Great-Grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 6, 2011 at 2pm at the Grayson Funeral Home in New Washington, with burial in the Crown Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be after 12pm on Saturday.
