Mr. Delaney, an Army veteran of the Vietnam War, died Monday November 15 at Clark Memorial Hospital. He is survived by his wife Joyce Delaney, one son Eric Delaney, of Charlestown, one daughter Andrea Delaney of Louisville, Three brothers, and 2 Grandchildren.
