Barry Dexter Carver, 56, of Otisco, passed away Monday, September 30, 2013 at his home.
He was born on February 11, 1957 to Dexter and Frances Helen (Oliver) Carver in Jeffersonville, IN. He was a Licensed Practical Nurse and a member of the Park Street Church of Christ.
Survivors include his sons, Anthony B. Carver of Charlestown, IN, and Jeremy R. Carver of New Albany, IN; daughter, Cara Hammons of Savannah, GA; father, Dexter Carver of Charlestown, IN; sisters, Janette Adams of Charlestown, IN, Kathy Gibson of Charlestown, IN, Annette Trump of Jeffersonville, IN, and Sonya Brewer of Charlestown, IN; grandchildren, Jacob Carver, and Haley Miskell.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 3, 2013 at 11am at the Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown, with burial in the Charlestown Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 3pm to 8pm, and after 9am on Thursday.
