April N. Smith, 35 of Charlestown passed away on Sunday March 13, 2011 at St. Catherine Hospital in Charlestown.
She was born on September 15, 1975 in Madison, IN the daughter of Terrell and Barbara Bowyer Kemp. She was a Licensed Practical Nurse and a member of the Pleasant Ridge 1
st
Church of God in Charlestown.
Survivors include her husband Mark Smith; son, Mitchel Smith, Charlestown; father and mother, Terrell and Barbara Bowyer Kemp, New Washington; brother, Chris Kemp, New Washington; aunts and uncles; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at Grayson Funeral Home, New Washington with burial in Hibernia Cemetery. Visitation will be from Noon until time service on Thursday at the funeral home.
