Anna Marie (Shuping) Wolfe

Anna Marie Wolfe, 83 of Charlestown, IN passed away on Monday, January 4, 2021 at her home.

Anna was born May 31, 1937 in Shelbyville, IN the daughter of Elden and Mary Alice Doss Shuping. She was a member of Northside Christian Church in New Albany, IN. Anna’s enjoyment in life came from her church, loving family, recue dog Sheila, collecting and finding value in the little things in life.

Anna is survived by her children, Rosemary Wolfe of New Albany, IN, Brenda Clark of Clarksville, IN, Linda Wolfe of Madison, IN, Davorrah Borman of Louisville, KY, Mary Wolfe of Clarksville, IN, Bobbi Jo Turner of Pecan, TX and Cody Wolfe of Charlestown, IN; sister, Wanda Rosengarden of Jeffersonville, IN; brothers, Leroy Rosengarden, Donnie Hollowell and Jimmy Shuping all of Charlestown, IN; nineteen grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. Anna was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Harold Wolfe, daughters, Betty Standiford and Lena Boling; son David Ray Wolfe; brothers, Bobby, Harold, and Billy Rosengarden.

Life celebration services will be held on Friday, January 8, 2021 at 1:00 PM at the Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown with burial in Charlestown Cemetery. Visitation will begin on Friday at 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Expressions of sympathy in memory of Anna may take the form of donations to the J B Ogle Animal Shelter in Jeffersonville, IN.
