Anna Margaret Shepard, 82, passed away Saturday, January 15, 2011 at her home.
She was born on April 11, 1928 to Joseph Edward and Tessie Reynolds Thompson in Charlestown, IN.
She was a former employee of the old Army Ammunition Plant and B & T Drugs in Charlestown. She was also a member of the North Charlestown Church of God. She is preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Pee Wee Thompson.
Survivors include her husband, Robert L. Shepard; son, Dale Shepard (Opal) of Memphis, IN; daughters, Faye Wiggam (Larry) of New Washington, IN, and Gloria Hartman (Rick) of Otisco, IN; sisters, Esther Cash (Junior) of Charlestown, IN, and Ella Peach Scruggs (Bill) of Charlestown, IN; sister-in-law, Flossie Thompson of Charlestown, IN; 9 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, January 18, 2011 at 1pm at the Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown, with burial in the Otisco Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Monday from 2pm to 8pm and after 9am on Tuesday.
