Anna Elizabeth Lynch

Anna Elizabeth Lynch, 99, of Clarksville, IN, passed away on Friday, April 24, 2020 at Wedgewood Manor Healthcare in Clarksville. She was born on January 18, 1921 in Clark County, IN to Samuel and Martha Cochran Dobson. She was a former employee of the old New Albany Box and Basket Company and had worked at I.C.I Americas but most importantly, she was a homemaker and enjoyed watching her grandkids.  She was a member of the Charlestown Independent Church. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Mason Lynch; son, Richard A. Lynch; brother, Charles T. Dobson; sisters, Martha M. Shestack, Marilyn C. Caldwell, M. Louise Singer and Helen Cherry. Anna is survived by her daughters, Carol Rose of Lebanon, TN, Theresa K. Beeler (Essie) of Marysville, IN; sons, Gary Lynch (Sandra) of Jeffersonville, IN and G. Alvin Lynch (Christina) of New Albany, IN; 14 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, 22 great great grandchildren and 2 great great great grandchildren. Private Funeral Services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Friday May 1, 2020 at Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown,IN with burial to follow in Kraft Graceland Memorial Park in New Albany. Drive thru visitation at the funeral home will be from 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Friday.
