Anna Marie Bowen, 82 of Charlestown, IN died Wednesday March 19, 2014 at her home.
She was born on January 31, 1932 in Clark County, IN to Alvin and Nellie Harbin Huttsell. She was a member of the old Charlestown Christian Church and the Ladies Auxiliary of the Charlestown Volunteer Fire Department and former owner of Jim's Meat Market.
Survivors include her daughter; Phila Franklin of Charlestown, IN, son; Alan Bowen, Sr., of New Washington, IN, sisters; Loretta Wolf of Charlestown and Laura Baker of New Washington, brothers; Andrew Huttsell of New Washington and Paul Huttsell of Bethlehem, IN, grandchildren; Maggie Franklin, Jess Franklin, Alan Bowen, Jr., David Bowen and Elizabeth Bowen, 6 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday March 22, 2014 at Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown with burial in Crown Hill Cemetery in New Washington. Visitation will be from 3 to 8 pm on Friday and after 9 am on Saturday.
