Anita Ruth (Farley) Couch

Anita Ruth Couch, 96 of Charlestown, IN passed away on Saturday July 23, 2016 at Kindred Health and Rehab in Sellersburg, IN.
She was born on July 18, 1920 in Bethlehem, IN to Lester and Irene Smith Farley. She was a member of Community Presbyterian Church and its Women’s Circle and she volunteered for the American Red Cross.
She was preceded in death by her husband Russell Couch.
Survivors include her daughter, Pam Ballard (John) of Charlestown; son, Greg Couch (Elise) of Charleston, SC; grandchildren Amelia Couch, Eden Couch, Abby Newland and Nick Ballard; great grandchildren, Evanne and Mikala Newland and Addison and Anna Ballard.
Funeral services will be held at 11 am on Thursday July 28, 2016 at Community Presbyterian Church, 1370 Monroe Street in Charlestown with burial in Bethlehem Cemetery. Visitation will be at Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown from 4 pm to 7 pm on Wednesday and after 10 am on Thursday at the church.
