Angela Kay Vest, 58, passed away Tuesday, February 1, 2011 at her home.
She was born on July 24, 1952 to Robert and Irene Coomer Smith in Glasgow, KY. She was a member of the Pleasant View Baptist Church and the American Legion Auxiliary in Madison, IN.
Survivors include her husband; Custer Eugene Vest; daughters; Elizabeth L. Layton (Troy) of New Washington, IN and Tina L. Vest of New Washington; sisters; Beulah Croft of New Albany, IN, Sheila Jones of New Albany, IN, Lisa Swartz of New Albany, IN, Helen Dyer of Greenville, IN, Jeannie Roller of Palmyra, IN, Vera McRae of Palmyra, IN, Agnes Haycraft of Clarksville, IN, and Elizabeth Britton of Central, SC; grandchildren; Sammantha Kay, Jesse James, Billy Gene, and Arowen Rose.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 4, 2011 at 1pm at the Grayson Funeral Home in New Washington, with burial in the Crown Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 4pm to 8pm and after 9am on Friday.
