Amanda “Mandy” Michelle Horton, 37, of Nabb, passed away on Tuesday, December 16, 2014 in Hanover, IN.
She was born on March 5, 1977 to David Galbreath & Rebecca Combs in Madison, IN. She was an employee for Humana Healthcare in Louisville, KY, and a member of the Chelsea Church of God. She was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Raymond & Effie Combs; paternal grandparents, Hubert & Mary Frances Galbreath; mother-in-law, Liz Horton.
Survivors include her husband, Larry Horton, Jr. of Nabb, IN; daughter, Shellbie Johnson of Nabb, IN; son, Brandon Horton of Nabb, IN; father, David Galbreath of San Antonio, TX; mother, Rebecca Combs of Dupont, IN; brothers, Robert Galbreath of Hanover, IN, Steven Galbreath of Madison, IN, and Tyler Galbreath of San Antonio, TX.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 20, 2014 at 12pm at the Chelsea Church of God at 6231 S. State Rd.62 Lexington, IN 47138, with burial to follow in the Benham Cemetery. Visitation will be at the Chelsea Church of God on Friday from 4pm to 8pm, and after 10am on Saturday.
