Alma May Spillman, 83, of Hanover, IN passed away Wednesday May, 21, 2013 at Jewish Hospital in Louisville, KY.
She was born in Louisville, KY the daughter of Gilbert and Bessie Danner King. Alma was a member of The Hanover Baptist Church, the Sunshine Homemakers Club and The Order of the Eastern Star #525.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Carl J. Spillman; 2 brothers, Harold and Bill King; and 2 sisters, Elizabeth King and Sarah Foley.
Survivors include: 5 Daughters and 1 son, Janet (Roy) Noble, Pensacola FL; Carolyn (Jack) Simon, Cincinnati, OH; David (Cathy) Spillman, Shrewsbury, MA ; Linda (Bill) Bruns, Newburgh, IN; Karen (Jack) Sweeney; Floyds Knobs, IN; and Joyce Spillman of Evansville, IN. 1 Brother, Leroy (Terry) King of Zionsville, IN; 1 sister, Mary Jane Davis of Louisville, KY. Alma had 11 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Friday May 24, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. at Hanover Baptist Church with burial in Hanover Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday May 23, 2013 from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Grayson Funeral Home in Hanover, IN and on Friday after 9:30 a.m. at the Church.
