Roger Paul McIntosh II, 8 week old son of Roger P. McIntosh and Lera Jenkins of Charlestown, IN passed away on Wednesday, September 24, 2014 at St. Catherine Regional Hospital in Charlestown
Survivors include his parents; Roger P. McIntosh and Lera Jenkins of Charlestown; brothers, Justin and Waylon Moore of Charlesown; sisters, Lena and Lylah McIntosh of Charlestown; grandmother, Sandra Jenkins of Marysville; grandfather and grandmother, Roger and Diana McIntosh of Charlestown; great-grandmother, Annetta Chester of Charlestown; great-grandfather, Roger McIntosh of Floyds Knobs, IN.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, September 29, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. at the Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown with burial in Charlestown Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 12 Noon until the time of service.
