Mary Katie (Sutherland) Combs

Mary Kay (Katie) Combs, 71, of Carrollton, KY passed away on October 22, 2014 after a brave battle with cancer. She is once again surrounded by those who have gone on before her including her sons John and Mark Lillard


She was born on 19 August 1943 in Carroll, KY to Albert & Margaret Sutherland (deceased). Mary Kay met and married the love of her life Max Combs (deceased), together they worked growing a successful transmission business in Price UT allowing them to retire and travel around the country by both RV and motorcycle. She is survived by her son Michael (wife Joanne) Lillard, sisters and brothers Barbara Robbins, Lara Triplett, David & Mike Wilson. As well as her loving grandchildren Danielle, Mike JR, Ashley, Brieann, Melissa, Samantha and Makayla.

The family extends their heartfelt thanks to all of Mary Kay's family and friends for their loving support and prayers during her illness. She will be greatly missed by all whose lives she touched.
