Joe David Jones, 59 of Charlestown, IN died Thursday August 29, 2013 at his home.
He was born on September 4, 1953 to Dr. David and Anna Louise Sparks Jones in Anderson, Indiana and was a former homebuilder. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Richard “Dickie” Jones.
Survivors include his wife of 25 years Kate Jones, son; David T. Jones of Charlestown, IN, brother; Dr. John Jones of New Palestine, IN, sister; Marianne Smith of Charlestown, IN and two grandchildren Kegan T. and Graclyn M. Jones.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday September 2, 2013 at Grayson Funeral Home in Charlestown with burial in Charlestown Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Sunday and after 9 a.m. on Monday.
